Our technical department are qualified and experienced Ex Class Surveyors, Chief Engineers and Technical Superintendents, having long term relations with major main and auxiliary engine and Boiler manufacturers to acquire their suggestions, always ready to take challenge of fault finding and resolving the technical issues resulting satisfying the Class, Flag state and USCG or any other regulatory bodies for that matter.
RECONDITIONING OF MAIN AND AUXILIARY ENGINE MAJOR SPARE PARTS:
We provide reconditioning of main & auxiliary engine spare parts as per maker’s specifications for Piston crowns, piston skirt, Cylinder heads & exhaust valve & seats.
SULPHUR EMISSION CONTROL:
We provide solution to control Sulphur emission, we install scrubbers onboard to reduce emission to acceptable level.
FUEL OIL CHANGEOVER ISSUES:
We have the expertise of resolving various issues related to changeover of fuel from one to another specially with Fuel Injectors, Turbo Chargers etc. We install extra tanks within structure to save.
DECK MACHINERIES / CARGO PUMPS:
Our Engineers not only capable of trouble shooting the faults in Deck Machineries such as Winches, Windlasses, Cranes and Derricks, Hatch Cover machineries, IG Plants and Cargo pumps, but also provide workshop and spare parts in minimum time factor as we understand the Off-Hire issues for Owners/Charterers.
CALIBRATIONS:
We arrange calibration of all fixed and portable gas calibration equipment, MMC, HERMATICS, UTIs, Pressure Gauges, Temperature Gauges, Thermal Bath Tubs.
WORKSHOP FACILITY:
We can arrange quality workshop in minimum time with productive and quality results. We provide Main & Auxiliary engines Turbine Balancing and provide repairing of Steam Cargo pumps.
MOTOR WINDING:
We have network of motor winders who can dismantle, rewind and re-install any size of motors in minimum time.
ELECTRONICS:
We have sub-contractors who can take care of any electronic or Electrical issue on Navigation Bridge or Engine Control Room. They also cater all Navigational equipment including Radars, ARPA, ECDIS, GYRO, VHF, GMDSS etc. etc.
We have a facility to repair all kinds of electronic PCB’s.
